Margaret's Hope TGFOP1 - Darjeeling

After the premature death of his young daughter, the plantation owner named this tea after his beloved in the early 1930's.  Slow growth of the exclusive Chinese Thea Sinensis from the cool high altitudes of the Himalayas promotes the slow growth for this high grade, fully aromatic fragrant tea with a hint of sweetness in a full amber cup.

Highest Grade Darjeeling, with a hard wither.

Ingredients:  Darjeeling Orthodox Tea

Pour just boiling water (203-212F) over one level teaspoon of tea per 6oz. serving, steep 4-5 minutes to taste.
